Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
1. SPONSOR

(“Sponsor”)
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to win any prize with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, and eligibility.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Each monthly Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last calendar day of that month (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Entry by Purchase
Entrants receive one (1) entry per one (1) U.S. dollar spent on qualifying product subtotal during the Promotion Period.
Entries are calculated:
- Before taxes
- Before shipping
- After discounts
- Rounded down to the nearest whole U.S. dollar
Refunded, returned, canceled, disputed, or charged-back purchases void associated entries.
4.2 Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
The Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) allows eligible individuals to submit one (1) free entry per person per Promotion Period via Sponsor’s designated online form.
Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per month.
AMOE entries carry equal odds of winning as purchase entries.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require AMOE submission by regular mail if fraud, abuse, automation, or manipulation is suspected.
5. FRAUD; REFUNDS; ABUSE
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Engages in fraud, abuse, automation, or manipulation
- Uses multiple identities or accounts
- Initiates refunds or chargebacks to retain entries
- Attempts to circumvent entry limits
- Violates these Official Rules
Entries associated with refunded or disputed purchases are void.
Sponsor may retroactively void entries and disqualify participants upon discovery of abuse.
Sponsor’s determination of abuse, manipulation, or bad faith shall be final.
6. PRIZES
Sponsor may award one or more prizes per Promotion Period.
6.1 Monthly Tattoo Grand Prize
- Tattoo services valued at $2,000
- Travel support Not To Exceed (“NTE”) $1,000
Total ARV: $3,000.
Must be redeemed within one (1) year of winner confirmation.
Tattoo prize transferable only with Sponsor’s prior written approval.
Cash Alternative (Tattoo Prize Only)
Winner may elect fifty percent (50%) of ARV ($1,500) within thirty (30) days of notification.
Failure to timely elect forfeits the cash alternative.
6.2 Additional Promotional Prizes
Sponsor may award additional prizes including apparel, merchandise bundles, prints, hats, store credit, durable goods, experience-based prizes, and motor vehicles.
6.3 Custom Motor Vehicle Prizes
ARV shall not exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).
Vehicle awarded “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” without warranties.
Sponsor makes no representations regarding:
- Roadworthiness
- Emissions compliance
- Safety certification
- Federal Department of Transportation compliance
- Future mechanical condition
Winner is solely responsible for:
- Registration
- Title transfer
- Insurance
- Taxes
- Transportation
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
Sponsor shall not be liable for:
- Mechanical defects
- Design defects
- Safety issues
- Inability to register
- Accidents occurring after transfer
Winner may elect cash alternative equal to fifty percent (50%) of ARV within thirty (30) days.
6.4 State Eligibility Limitation – High Value Prizes
Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to win any prize exceeding $5,000 ARV.
If a resident of New York or Florida makes a qualifying purchase during a Promotion Period in which a prize exceeding $5,000 ARV is offered:
- Purchaser will be notified of ineligibility for that prize;
- Purchaser may request a full refund within a timeframe specified by Sponsor;
- If refund is issued, purchaser may retain possession of the purchased item as a customer service accommodation;
- All entries associated with the refunded purchase shall be void.
Sponsor reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse, manipulation, or bad faith is reasonably suspected.
Sponsor’s determination regarding abuse or refund eligibility shall be final.
7. TATTOO SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Tattoo services are provided by an independent third-party Provider.
Sponsor is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice.
Sponsor does not control licensing, certifications, sanitation, artistic outcome, or regulatory compliance.
Tattooing involves inherent risks including infection, allergic reaction, scarring, dissatisfaction, or medical complications.
Winner assumes all risks.
Sponsor is not liable for Provider compliance, unsatisfactory artistic results, adverse reactions, or scheduling conflicts.
8. ODDS
For planning and promotional estimation purposes, Sponsor may establish a maximum number of product sales during any given Promotion Period not to exceed two thousand (2,000) units (the “Product Sales Cap”).
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, close the Promotion Period early or cease awarding additional entries once a predetermined entry threshold is reached (the “Entry Threshold”).
If the Promotion Period is closed early due to the Entry Threshold being reached, no additional entries will be accepted thereafter.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, actual odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received from all sources during the Promotion Period, including purchase entries and Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) submissions.
If the Promotion Period closes early, the drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries properly received prior to the time of closure.
9. WINNER SELECTION
Winner selected via randomized drawing.
Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Failure to respond may result in alternate selection.
Sponsor may require affidavit, liability release, and Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9.
10. TAXES
Winner responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC for prizes over $600 as required by law.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor from claims arising from participation or prize use, including tattoo-related injury, vehicle-related injury, travel disruptions, technical failures, or shipping errors.
All prizes awarded “AS IS.”
Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed the ARV of the prize.
Entrants agree to indemnify Sponsor against claims arising from violation of these Rules.
12. ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in Bexar County, Texas.
Entrants waive the right to trial by jury.
Entrants agree disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
13. PROMOTIONAL FLEXIBILITY
Sponsor may conduct additional promotions, multipliers, loyalty programs, flash events, partner campaigns, or bonus entry events.
Material changes will not apply retroactively.
14. CHARITABLE INITIATIVES
Sponsor may promote charitable support campaigns.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Donations are made by Sponsor from Sponsor funds.
- Purchases do not constitute charitable donations by entrants.
- Sponsor does not hold charitable funds in trust.
15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, regulatory concerns, or operational necessity impair integrity.
Sponsor may correct clerical errors and disqualify violators.
16. WINNER LIST
Requests for winner information must be mailed within sixty (60) days to:
